Al’s Deli opened its doors in the fall of 2005. The purpose of the Deli was to offer breakfast, lunch, and Middle Eastern specialties made our way: fresh, made to order, and delicious. All of our food is freshly prepared every morning by our Chef Joe. He’s dedicated to hearty, flavorful soups, unique specialties and sandwich combinations. Our popular Middle Eastern food is made to order by Claudia . She provides authentic recipes coming from Lebanon herself.
Our intention is to provide high quality food at a fast pace to meet our guest’s needs. We are not fast food; we just make our food fast. We constantly work on improving our service and creating distinguished sandwiches and specialties. Our main concern is our guest’s experience. Whether you’re grabbing something on the run, or just trying to get away from the office, we want to accommodate your needs. Our hope is to continue growing as a vibrant business contributing to the community in the city of Cleveland. Also, we began opening on Sundays for the Browns home games. We hope to provide a fun and proud tradition for all who support our Cleveland Browns.
The deli is a family owned business run by Albert and Ghada Ina. Albert came to this country from Lebanon in the mid-70s. He had very humble beginnings starting off in the dish room getting paid very little. Through hard work and dedication, he moved his way up and became a general manager in the Big Boys franchise. Ghada came to this country from Lebanon in the early 80s. In time, she earned herself a degree in business management and enjoys the challenge of making a small business succeed. Together at Al’s Deli, they’re dedicated to quality food and excellence in customer service.
